I am a highly adept finance professional with 25+ years of experience. My background includes investment banking, hedge fund management, consulting and two tech startups.
Having seen thousands of company presentations, authored a decades' worth of quarterly letters to investors, and having been on both sides of the capital raising process, I know the business inside and out. In addition, my experience in risk arbitrage has given me a broad and deep understanding of the M&A world -- across all industry verticals and on a global level.
I enjoy coming up with creative solutions to problems and I often leverage my background in physics and engineering to create unique business visualization tools and non-standard analytics. My best work usually starts with a blank piece of paper.

The term "merchant bank" refers to a financial institution that conducts advising and fundraising services for institutions and high net worth individuals. Unlike retail or commercial banks, merchant banks do not provide financial services to the general public. Merchant banks generally do not commit capital or provide underwriting services.
We can cover every aspect of the corporate development process. This includes, but is not limited to: business plan drafting; legal documents; pitch books; corporate identity; equity and debt financing (angel round and up); and management consulting. We also provide buy-side capital deployment advice (specializing in alternative assets) as well as M&A advisory.
Simple. Investment bankers mostly learn how to back into a valuation based on what the client wants to see. When you value companies as a hedge fund manager, you have investors' money on the line and you had better be right.
Fees are structured around specific client needs. For example, a consulting project would be billed by the hour whereas a capital raise would be based on a success fee.
